Additional Information: I don't want the player banned, I either want my money back or my feature. Also donations have been processed twice since I have we have agreed on him buying the feature for me.
i had serious paypal issues. I lost 350 usd. I am aware i broke the rules, i have already payed back over 1mil ecodollars to other players that bought features from me. i have no more money and am not going to farm 24/7 to get back 230k for this user. Im sorry french. I am accepting my ban
Im sorry mods for this but why alpert3925 did you sell me the donation knowing that you were having PayPal issues? And you were winning lottos left and right why dont you have enough money to pay me back?
obviously i didnt know i was having paypal issues.. the reason i dont have enough is because i payed 1.8 mil back already. you never contacted me so you missed out.
How am I supposed to automatically know that your PayPal is acting up, you should have been the one to contact me. Not the other way around.
not gonna argue with you as i have better things to do with my life. i said it many times in game anf twice in the shout box.. 6 other people contacted me, you did not. Thus, i dont have any money and u are out of luck. I couldn't care less about ECC right now. I just lost $350 usd. That is my main focus.

If this helps any, Im putting this here. A few nights ago, alpert was winning lottos left and right. I had talked to him before, but wehit it up and became friends. He said he was gonna buy me a msword, and told me he was"leaving" for a reason he wouldnt tell me. Later, he said he donation scammed alotof people and would be banned. He also said he wouldn't buy me the msword becausehe had to pay them back. I dont have screens, but just telling you.Sorry Alpert.
first off, that is %100 not true. I told you that because u wouldn't stop bothering me. This issue has been confirmed by my local authorities, so u can go head and shut up.
