    Additional information: A couple minutes after i got all these shots he was later in spawn and i politely asked him for a payment. He looked at me shook his head and disappeared. He will now be ignored in my future auctions.

    Sorry to hear this has happened to you. While not all auctions may not go through the way you may want, there are some people that do not finish their end of the bargain. By the looks of it, you were lucky enough not to have been scammed of any money. Seeing as this is his first offense, I will be issuing GeneralRM a warning to complete trades when participating in action. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and if this continues please feel free to post another complaint.
