    Thank you for filing this complaint. For whatever reason he cursed to you in pm, it is not allowed on ECC. Therefore I will be giving this user a stern warning in-game. Being a mayor, he should know that this is not acceptable on ECC. Please remember that the /ignore command works great in these types of situation.
