    reason: i decided to not post a video but make the mods life easier (admitting to hacks)
    counter-reason: spam and i told him i was posting a complaint and he then said i will turn off hacks for u then and then i asked him to team and he said should i turn my hacks on? Also, admitting to hacking another users account. (idk if thats against ecc rules or not)

    I beleive this mods because the user at that time did say he was hacking the account this does sound like a valid excuse
