Additional Information: user harryhaz1 was already banned for not complying with 2 comtracts and this is the 3rd contract this time. I have given Harryhaz1 dirt and additional time but yet he didnt finish it.

i have nothing to say really i managed to place around 36140 of the 40000 blocks, so i would hope that the punishment isn't too severe, i'd be more than willing to pay a fine or complete the rest of the floor (i asked if i could complete it :p, didn't go so well) anyway... yea :p
