I spoke with icondigi in game, he has admitted that Owen is the owner of 2 blocks of quartz, 2 blocks of coal, and some rails, but Owen did not have a plot in the town. As I am a co-mayor of Iconville, I have gotten the blocks for you and you may message me in game to receive them. I have checked the area surrounding said casino, and it seems like these are the only blocks that Owen placed.
