    Additional Information: He broke into my house refused to leave stole an enchanted diamond pickaxe i dropped then tryed to attack me in a no pvp zone

    Grief in the wild is allowed. If it was in a town you may submit a grief report. Also it's your responsibility not to drop your items where others can pick them up. If it was in a non pvp zone he couldn't really hit you.
