and that swearing is a hacker, I changed my password, sorry if you were offeneded from the jerk who hacked me, I havent really been on in a LONG TIME. Yea the hacker was some neighebor who got in to my cousin's internet and screwed around and hacked all are minecraft account. we changed the password on the router and we changed our minecraft accounts passwords and talked to the guy who hacked. We told him if he did it again we would call the police, no more problems from him.
In no way to be rude here mods but I would like to see where the flaming is going on. all jonas is doing is covering himself to make sure he doesnt get banned. + explain that he got hacked. I have seen all of these. (Had nothing better to do) But i know jona's He is a good friend that always returned my stuff and loans. He would never intentionally keep/scam players because he has donated for this server, He has spent alot of time to become a good player and he has no intentions to break the law intentionally. It would be quite a coincidence if his account had been hacked and he recovered on the last day of the deadline. However, the responsibility of the account is of owner. He already had 3 different deadlines to pay for his debt, the loan was given on July 21th, 2012. Also, I have enough proof of him saying will pay me back, but this never happened. I will not give more time to receive the money back, you will not be banned if you have 240k right now to pay me back. In fact, I think account 98brando is the "alternate way" of JoNaS20121 and all he said about get account hacked is a lie. JoNaS2021, do you have any proof? Really? You don't know anything about JoNaS20121. He asked me the loan for pay someone to buy fly feature for him. Ohh, ok. Show us the proof of the loan done.
I will be paying the majority of JoNas's debt. There is still action being taking to resolve this conflict by more than one person. Trying to assume this is a loan scam while there is current action promoting the contrary is ignorance at its best. I will be paying JoNas 160k that in all fairness is what is actually owed. Loan scamming is define by the intentional act of borrowing money, where a contractual provision for repayment is evident, followed by an undenyable attempt at violation. As long as there is persistent action to honor the contract, loan scamming is NOT the case.
User banned for failing to pay the loan after he was given 3 months. As well he is banned for his disrespect towards other users. Locked.
Just reiterating what videowiz said, I've banned him for ban reason "Trolling/Scamming No chance of appeal". And as for the comment about "I'll just play on my other account" I banned that too .
