Felon Username: Joshuakwan Complaint:He agreed to pay 4550 Eco$ for 13 Netherstars. I passed them to him and he never paid me. First he tried to be ignorant about how to use the commands, then he said he had to get money from his sign and then he couldnt find his sign in his town. I asked for the money or my stars back but then he claimed to be lagging all of a sudden and claimed to be stuck in a fence.
