Complaint: I have been removed as owner of a town without my permission.

Additional Information: I personally apologize for my lack of organization. This is my first dispute and when the transaction initially happened, it was my first experience at getting screenshots. This is all new to me. I am hoping, since the facts aren't in dispute, that things may still be resolved. OK, the timeline as I view things:

On 6Dec12 (9 days ago as of this dispute) liamfrench announced his intentions of quitting ECC. He was selling everything off. One of those things was the town 'SERENDIPITY'. He auctioned the town and I provided the winning bid of $42,000. (I do not have a screenshot of the winning bid.) I paid liamfrench $42,000 (screenshot 1) and verified with him that I could remove him when I became mayor. He had no objection. Since I am 'RESIDENT' status, it is my understanding I can be made mayor/owner, but until I reach that rank, I cannot make anyone else mayor/owner, or remove them as such. The second screenshot shows me getting proof that he and I were the only owners of this town, and there was no one living in it.

He has been offline since that day (9 days as of this dispute). I logged in today to see that I am no longer owner of the town (neither is liamfrench), but that instead, killrdarknes is sole owner. I spoke with him briefly as I PM'd a moderator to see if I had recourse. In the 3rd screenshot, you can see he admits that he gave liamfrench the town for money to become mayor. While I understand he created the town, I believe he does not have the right to take it back per the server rules.

Once a town is sold, the original owner may no longer interfere in the governance of said town, and rules regarding the co-ownership of towns no longer apply.

I believe that I am the 'new owner' and killrdarknes may not remove me without my permission, nor do I think he has the right to make himself co-owner in laimfrench's absence, as I would see that an interference in my governance.

If liamfrench had given killrdarknes permission before I could remove liamfrench, I could understand, since I do not have proof that liamfrench was to be taken off. But since he has been offline for the entire time, I do not believe his thoughts enter into this dispute.

I would like the town ownership to be reverted back into liamfrench's and my name, and killrdarknes warned that there is an active owner of the town and he cannot interfere with it.
