Felon Username: lolly678

Complaint: lolly678 was advertising in global that he/she wanted someone to buy them mayor and in exchange they would get the town. I then said I would do it for lolly678. I had the felon post a thread on the forums (a day before the contracts system came out) stating what he wanted and his intentions. I then agreed to the deal, messaged him in game with the agreement, he agreed to the terms, and I payed him $86k total (being nice and giving him an extra $1k) for which he was to use to apply for mayor.

The following night I was online and saw lolly678 buy a lotto ticket and had a sinking feeling that he had used all of the money I gave him in the lottery. I asked him in global if he still had the money and he replied "no". Ievolive was online at the time and let me know that he did indeed not have the money. lolly678 then admitted to me in global chat that he scammed me. When asked "So you scammed me then?" , he replied "yes".

I have waited to make this complaint until his application for mayor was denied due to lack of funds. He seems not to care that he blatantly scammed me and seems to think this is ok.

Additional Information: I would also like it checked to see where the money went, possibly to an alt account. It's possible he put it into lotto. However, I have a feeling he might have given it to another account.

The reason I think this is because in my conversations with him he alluded to the fact that he knew old players (such as mustacher and camcliff) that haven't even been on the server in over 2 months (lolly678 was a builder at the time)

Also note that I even gave him $10k when he was a builder and fresh to the server (which he threw into lotto, but actually won money that time).
