Reason: i was co-mayor of Rhenvar and i wanted to help the other co-mayor back i gave him 4k so he could become resident and said that he would have to pay me back. he said he would. but he never did

Counter-Reason: he should be banned i wasted my own money now i lost 4k and i am no longer co-mayor

Evidence: ask him he said he would but i didnt get one rule of the town and treid making money and now he says "sorry you mis used the farm" and refuses to give me my money back
