Felon Username: Minerforger Complaint: He removed me from his town without giving me a 3 day notification. I just want to remove my building and get my materials back. I have a couple buildings up. The town name is MineVille and my building are half a casino, a horse stable with 4 horses owned by me which I can not get now that I am removed and a wooden mansion in the corner. You can use blockcheck or blocklog to confirm that those building are indeed made by me. I have pictures of him saying I can remove my buildings and I also have pictures of me being removed. I would like that back to. I would like this player banned because this is not the first time this is happened you may refer to Zardgyer for information about that if he remembers. I should have not but I also did spam him to ask him for my 3 day notice but he did not respond. I think he may have ignored me. If he is banned good if he is not I understand. That is up to the mods.
Minerforger Can you please explain why he is not being allowed to remove his own materials from his buildings?
He is going through the hassle of clearing a 200x200 town plot. After he asked me a couple of times, I explained to him that I will destroy the buildings. When he asked if he can have the materials, I said that he could. He then proceeded to ask if he can just destroy the buildings himself, and I continued to say no. I called him on the phone actually around the time you posted this comment, and told him the reasons why, and continued to converse about the topic. After that, we came to an agreement that I would give him the perms back so long as he gets rid of the builds by 10-10-13 and finds a way to move the horses.
Yes I have been re-added for 3 days but he did not give me those 3 days to clear the buildings he gave me the 3 days to move my horses. Also I would like you Minerforger to stop saying I am going through a hassle. You are my cousin but I do not like hassle. That is like saying it is hard for me to manage things. Also I was going to take my buildings down before but we have been fighting before hand which may have influenced him removing me. All I ask Minerforger is you talk to me in game and take pictures of you re-adding me and saying I can remove my buildings again so the mods know that we really had an agreement. Post a reply of the pictures. Just make a imgur.com account and post pictures in a response. That is all I have to say. If the mods agree please let me know though here and or /mail and I will be telling Minerforger to do these things in game as well if you agree with my requests. Thank You.
Currently, I am working on getting the pictures of the "verification" of the adding of xdogx. Really, I think the conflict between us on this topic is almost over. (me and xdogx)
No, I have not gotten any contact with Minerforger and he has never gotten pictures/talked to me to show that I can delete my buildings so I will not yet so I do not get a grief report on me. revanrose6
Well server rules state you have the legal right to remove any of your own materials. So, I don't see an issue with you just removing them.
