Felon Username: monkeymax13
Complaint: A while back, I loaned monkeymax13 45k and he agreed to pay me 55k in return, but a few days after giving him the loan he got banned. I made a complaint and was told that when he got unbanned I should make a new one. Now that he has been unbanned, I would appreciate it if he could pay me the money he had agreed to.

After consulting with other staff members, and considering monkeymax13 has had plenty of time to repay sockiezrocz, I will be banning monkeymax13 for loan scamming.
