[Complaint] oops 1.3

Complaint: i accidently downloaded 1.3 and now i can't get into ecc.
i tried reloading the page like 100 times but i still cant get in? will this be fixed? :/

 

this is what it says when i try to get in (out dated) server. please reply back and tell me if this can be fixed.
