Regarding owenfox7722, land owner We were hired to clear out a 200x200 plot. He said that we had two days to do it and that he would pay us 6k. At aprox, 7hrs into the job we told him we were leaving for dinner and when we come back we will finish it. At return he had mailed me (Donny96) that the price is now at 5k because he had done a little* of the work. We were able to finish it in approximately 8 hrs in real time. He is now only wanting to pay us 5k instead of the original deal of 6k. We have also spoken with Mardigan_The_Mad about this matter as well as VideoWiz and told us to post here. *he did maybe 30 x 30 x 1 layer of sand. This is a false complaint I did more than just a 30x30 area I cut down all grass that was supposed to be done and the mail quite was incorrect and was said "I did a lot of work for an hour here I did a lot of work so I am making pay 5k" I mailed him and I expected him to mail me right when he got on at whatever time.( I was not on.) I got on and he had not mailed me about anything expecting he agreed because no comment was made on the deal being off. I offered Gina new deal so he could get 6k in the deal but did not take it. Will pay Donny96 5k tommorow when I can see it and I do not see y jffsprs posted this when it is not his situation.(he is not getting paid and did not talk to me about this.

Alright guys, I see the situation here. Owen I see your point when you reduced the pay since you actually did some of the work although I do want to say that everything always goes over more smoothly when you stick to the original agreement. Jff and Donny, here's the way I see it. If Owen is willing to still pay you 5k for the work you did, take it. A 1k reduction is really not that bad if Owen did a portion of the work himself. I won't take any action against Owen here since he's trying to be fair about this and I can see he has no intentions of scamming you or harming you in anyway. For future reference take screenshots of the initial agreement or, even better, file a contract in our contacts section. Locked. I hope you all can rise above this and continue to be friends.
