Is it in the wild or a town and i dont see any think wrong with this, expect the languauge but in the wild they can lock what they wont
But if its in a town get the mayor/presdient to post lwc's

 

The mini-map looks to be in the wild but not totally sure.

However its not just the language that is against the rules, I believe this should be considered taunting or even harassment. Yes grief is acceptable in the wild, taunting and throwing what you did in their face just to anger someone shouldn't be allowed.

User has been mailed, warned to not put signs like that around, along with warned about taunting the owner of the house in the wild. If this happens again, post another complaint and he will face the consequences.
