I would like to file a complaint against Pruneda98 because he didn't give me a three day notice to me for giving his 4k back for the land... He says he told me in thie morining while i was AFK. He said the land is no longer mine becasue I didn't pay back the 4k... I said can I have my 10k back.. He said no... I would like the land back and I will pay the 4k... Or I would like the 10k.... Additional Information: revanrose6 told me to file this complaint... I believe I was setup...

Pruneda98 was this player given 3 days notice about their removal from your town in order to retrieve their items and building materials?
Plot was empty. So I don't need to give him a 3 day notice because NOTHING was built, also he didn't paid for the plot. It wasn't paid, he still owed money and he failured to pay. However, I will not re-add him.
I already talked to zardgyer and I do not need to give him a 3 day advise since he had nothing in the plot, It was empty.
I didn't even own the plot for three days.... I said do you want the money... he said no... the proof is in the album... and it was empty because i was looking for a builder..

From the evidence provided, I have concluded we will be taking no action. Pruneda was legally allowed to remove you without notice if you had no items in the town and we do not require refunds on land purchases. Therefore, I will be locking this complaint.
