    No he has not, and I said I would not give him the axe if he does not pay.
    Even if this isn't considered a 'scam', it would be because he won the auction and did not pay for the auction.

    Since 756airplane has not yet paid Mr_Doom after several days, and Mr_doom still has the tool, I will be giving 756airplane a warning not to false bid on auctions, and Mr_Doom is free to do what he likes with the axe, whether he decides to keep it, reauction, or wait for 756airplane.

    756airplane warned not to false bid in auctions.
