Felon Username:TWhelan Complaint:This user scammed me of 6k. We had agreed onhim giving me an eff 5 unbr 3 fort diamond pick. I payed half,he didnt throw, so i payed the next half,and he still didnt throw. He logged off shortly after this happened,and i started to freak out. I only got a screen shot of the second 3k,so im not sure if im going to get my full 6k back. All i want is atleast3k (my 6k would be great) and this good-for-nothing scammer off of ECC. This was after i had already payed the first 3k, and it was starting to look suspicious so i took screen shots. From me reviewing the screenshots i dont think im going to get my full 6k back, but i did pay him 6k.
Hello, and thank you for making a forum account, using the complaint section of the forums, and using the proper format. Unfortunately your screenshots are lacking some information that we need to help us analyze the situation. When doing trade agreements, we need a screenshot of the agreement, where the details of the trade are described like the item and the enchantments, and for both users to agree. We then need proof of payment, so we would need to see a screenshot that shows the payment result, where the system would say "$amount has been sent to <the username>." It is also best for the screenshots to have timestamps in them (double screenshot to get a timestamp). Digger0208 - Do you have any other screenshots that may detail this information?
I do not have any other evidence. I don't understand what you mean by the system saying amount sent to player because i have that posted on the second link.
I know that my information lacked, but i have showed that i did pay him 3k. If you could possible talk to him, that would be great. If not, i understand.
Digger0208; the two screenshot links you posted are exactly the same, perhaps you didn't post the one that shoes the 3 being sent?
Digger0208 - Without a screenshot showing the details of the agreement (item specifications, payment terms, and both users agreeing) there is nothing we can do. If you find you have more evidence on this matter in the future, please file another complaint. Locked - Not enough evidence.
