Okay, this is good can we get the money shot to go with this just as a final point? If you have him agreeing aswell that would be good to add, but mostly I'm after the money transfer.

Also I am going to have to ask you to not charge the increasing interest on the loan, the player has not been online to make good on the loan repayments so can you hold the loan to $20k and not add the additional $1k per day increments. This player has been 20 days awol at this stage and if he ever does come back say a month he might face a rather heavy debt.

 

I am sorry but I cannot force this person to pay you back as the money payment shot is a vital part of the loan agreement, we have evidence of an agreement but not that money was sent and hence final agreement but at this stage it is unlikely that this player is coming back to the server as he is close to 21 days.
