Hello, Sorry for what has happened but you said pumpkin axe never did you once ask about the stats the pumpkin axe is a name given to a axe that destroys pumpkins. My axe I give you is a pumpkin axe, That's like saying selling mining pick or kill sword what stats do they have ? I'm sorry but you have to be more specific then just a pumpkin axe.

 

I will just like to point out that 3rd screen shot was after the purchase and I was asking him after when he said "that's not a pumpkin axe it does not have eff5"

 

Come on man. Your a mayor and a donator. I know you knew what everyone calls a pumpkin axe. That would be like buying a melon sword with eff 1 silk touch 1. Its not a melon sword. I strongly think you protect your reputation and give a refund regarless of the verdict because many people will read this complaint and not want to buy from you. Sorry for the post but jackross74 is my friend and I would like to defend him.

Just like a "melon sword" refers to a Eff5/Silk with or without UNB3, an "pumpkin axe" is defined as an Eff5/Unb3 with or without silk/fortune... like in revanrose6's post here and now here on the Wiki.

Do you have a screenshot which shows your answer to his question about the axe stats? Or a screenshot about the agreement on the price before you paid?

 

I'm looking for a screen of him asking you to pay that much for the pumpkin axe.

Yes and what information did he bring nothing just commenting on a friend complaint trying to defend you when he is not needed at all. He had no part in this what so ever.
