I think it would be of the best interest of both parties to cancel this deal. The $8000 is to be refunded, and the improper axe to be returned. I would like you both to post here if you accept this.

It is my request that this be the outcome. The user was asking for a pumpkin axe, which you did not deliver.

 

I do not accept to give a refund but if I have to give him a refund then so be it. He is already trying to sell the axe I gave him far as I know he could of sold the axe and is trying to give me a different axe.

The best way to resolve this complaint is to reverse this transaction entirely.
