Complaint:A long time ago i loaned him 25k with the condition that he would give me 40k back but he posted an app to get banned but he was unbanned like a week ago so i told RagMan17 that i would give him until tuesday to pay me back, he didn't paid me so i let him until friday so he never paid and I asked ragman to ban him Yesterday, So he got banned but he is unbanned now, I would really like him to get banned or someone tell him to really pay me back, He ignored me ingame and also Ragman17, in my other complaint I have screenshots.

The user is temp-banned for now, but will have 2 weeks to repay the loan upon his return. I understand your concern, and I promise we'll try to get your money back :)

Sadly, this user already had a week (which turned into 2 weeks) to repay the loan the first time he was unbanned. Pruneda gave the person more and more time, but they did nothing but play, buy lotto, and auction items off while never paying anything to repay the loan.
At this time I doubt the user has any intentions to repay the loan at all.
I will talk to the mods more about this before his current temp ban runs out. Giving him another 2 weeks to freely play and have fun while still not paying money back just doesn't seem right.
