    Complaint: Consistently using derogatory language against users, Including Delitad and Myself, in ventrillo.

    Evidence: There were over a dozen members in the channel at the time, and i myself(using a phantom), heard him refer to delitad and myself multiple things(Like 'Faggots'), and accusing Delitad of abusing his power. The following users were present during the time period as witnesses; Dubzies, Dr_Burrito_PHD, Sonnycpretzel, Heavensfallen, and Possibly Relusto.

    Additional Information: I understand anger may occur during PVP, but that's no excuse. From what i understand, its against the rules to state comments like theirs in the server and in ventrillo, with a no-tolerance policy in effect.

    As well I heard from DubZies and Synwannabe that I was "abusing mod powers" by helping ike in pvp. Also I do feal that I was a bit disrespected and this is not called for.

    I as well had a phantom in there channel.

    The reason I did this was NOT from geting killed in pvp...
    It was Ike creating a huge lag machine to take advantage of people.

    I did not say that you were abusing your mod powers for helping in pvp, what I meant was if you don't warn Ike because he is your friend. That is wrong.

    Now I am sorry for getting mad at people making a lag machine to take advantage of pvp.

    It was never intended to be a lag machine as you seem to believe it was, something i find highly illogical. It was initially meant to be something to stop people from entering into the PVP arena, and i made it further bigger and later we discovered that it was a Lag machine. You seem to think that i was purposely lagging people, yes it was merely something that was nothing but a side affect from a machine meant to stop people from the PVP arena.
