Thank you for bringing this issue to the staff team's attention! I am so sorry that you had to hear this and I hope that it does happen again. Remember that if a user is bothering you, you are always allowed to ignore them (/ignore <username>). Since this is the second time this user has broken the rules (within the last week), they will be banned and we will not be as lenient if they do decide to post an appeal.

On their Last Appeal, they were told to read the rules and given a second chance. Since one of the rules was broken many times in that one sentence after they were told to read the rules, it is pretty clear that they did not follow revanrose6's request.
