Complaint: False bidding $7,000 on an auction for the first copy of the book My Death by Matberry. After winning the lottery, he failed to give $7,000 and "apologised" for false bidding, though I immediately warned him I would proceed ahead to the moderators.
Evidence: Here are the screenshots that I took at the time. I'm afraid they do not quite describe the item that was undergoing the auction, yet nevertheless his false bid is clear with his confession at the end.
Additional Information: I would be grateful if action could be taken. My time was wasted, the bidder's time was wasted, and I had to remember who last bidded before selling the book for $800 to a18greek instead. I do not believe it was a typo, for he did not react against his bid at all after he had said it. I am unsure whether I took the correct action to continue the auction after he falsely won by continuing the auction from the penultimate bid at $700. The user has not popped up in any complaints before, so presumably this is the first time he has been reported. However, an LWC removal was asked by thehockeykids2 the 27th of August on items he had placed, though nothing from that request is relevant to today's subject. May you choose your verdict and sentence with the same wisdom that gifted you your fantastic jobs, moderators, sirs and ma'ams. Thank you.

User will be warned not to false bid via in-game mail.
Also if you are unsure if a large increase like that is a typo or not, you can always ask them to confirm on the bid.
Locked.
