danhrahal, I'm sorry to say, but evidence will be required when filing any type of complaint. Andrew and WeWin are the only people with access to the console and its logs. They are very busy people and don't have the time to go through the enormous amount of chat logs to find the auction. Next time, remember to take screenshots of all transactions and only do so with users that you trust.
