    I want a list of town rules in the contract, eviction rules etc, I would like the ban part removed because 16 weeks is a long time and who knows if I slip up. @Physicistsmom

    What about a compromise? Change ban to perma-ban in the contract?

    That works, but I would still like all town rules in the contract, so the only way I'm evicted is by that contract. @Physicistsmom

    Alright. Its been less than 24 hours and I'm not seeing any improvement in actions toward each other. I feel that its just best to pay back the 200k and go your separate ways like I had stated in the first place. @thomasku11 are you in agreement with this as you have shotgun's money now?
