Along with this when confronted about it he sweared at me as seen in the screenshots above.
i was filled in on this ingame and tomkellycreeper removed the lock of his own accord, ofcourse after being asked to but he still removed it himself, however the language used is still inappropriate and he has been issued a warning. -Locked.
