    Additional Information: TomKellyCreeper is not even a member in the town and locked two of my friends lift signs in his closed plot. Along with this when confronted about it he sweared at me as seen in the screenshots above.

    i was filled in on this ingame and tomkellycreeper removed the lock of his own accord, ofcourse after being asked to but he still removed it himself, however the language used is still inappropriate and he has been issued a warning.
