    Complaint: Didn't pay back loan in accepted date (22/01/2014 or 22nd of January)

    Evidence: http://imgur.com/nb7orUQ and www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-loan.82719/ and proof that he would respond only in 23 hours at purpose http://imgur.com/a/I7nOn

    Additional Information: I lended him 50k in exchange of 52,5k back in a week, however he failed to do so even though I did say him that he should pay me back or I will file a complaint. So here we are, filing a complaint for him, really sad for him to do this twice in a row.

    After speaking with ice5 in-game, he has stated that he is not willing to extend the loan time. TomKellyCreeper, you will have until the end of the day, 12:00am, to pay back Ice (Eastern Standard Time). If Ice is not online, you can pay me the Loan and I will make sure it is given to Ice. Once you have done so, make sure to screenshot the payment and post here asap. Thanks.

    ive tried and failed to raise the funds. This is is ridiculous, why must i stay up at night to make the money back? just give me a day and ill have it.

    As I said before, Ice feels that this is necessary and will not be giving you any more time. You signed a Contract with a clear date in which you must pay back the Loan, and you should have been mindful of this.

    Dude, you showed me the double chest of diamond blocks, you paid 500k for the eff 7 and still should have 300k. Where did the 300k go?

    As the Loan has not been paid off in the given amount of time, TomKelly has been banned for Loan Scamming. If he Appeals, he will be required to pay you back the loan.
