Felon Username: xXPICREBELXx Complaint: I bought a plto in xXPICREBELXx's town several days ago for 1800 ecocdollars. I spaced-out from minecraft for a pretty long time but not exceeding 14 days, since the town rules gave the mayor the power to remove a player if he doesnht show up for more than 14 days. So yesterday i went to his town and found out i lost my permission, so i asked xXPICREBELXx to give me my perms back. He gave it back so i didnt ask for more. There is a town's farm where everyone can use for free, so i chopped some pumpkins and melons and some wheat from the wheat farm next to the town's farm. Today i showed up, intended to chop some more melons and make some progress on my plot in the town, while i was chopping melons, xXPICREBELXx accused me of using another resident's(Redslasher9087's) farm and took my permission away again. What hit me was that i had misunderstood the wheatfarm of Redslasher9087's to be part of the town's farm. I explained the situation to xXPICREBELXx and asked for a second chance. He then accused me of not making progress to my plot and while i ask for refunds, told me "stop annoying me" and logged off. He didnt give me permission after i bought the plot He wouldnt listen to my explanation He took my plot, other words, my 1800 ecodollars He didnt mark the boundaries between the town's farm and the resident's farm clear enough for me to identify them, so it wasnt my fault to use the not-clearly-marked-resident's farm. Evidence: I have screenshots but i dont know how to upload them, if anyone tells me how, i will be happy to do it. (next time put it to where i can clearly distinguish the difference between the town's farm and your farm, make it note to self pls) xXPICREBELXx didnt mark the boundaries between the town's farm and the resident's farm clear enough for me to see, so it was the mayor's fault of making this stupid mistake, not me, so he should not have kicked me from town. He didnt give me a chance to expalin either. Plus, i deserve a right to either sell my plot in his town, or get refunds, since i payed for it. Otherwise it's an act of crime.
Mayor can decide whether they want to refund or don't want to refund. You are kicked as you done something against the town rules. It is not an act of crime. Also, you can try to talk to him in game or on forums asking for another chance. Anything that happens in a town is depend on the Mayor and whatever decision made by the Mayor is their own choice. We can't force him to do something that he do not want to. As long as the decision made by the Mayor does nothing wrong against the server rules, it is not wrong. Locked.
