    Complaint: killing me with splash potions in a non pvp, protected town

    Evidence: NA but i mentioned it in chat and other people said he has tried to kill them

    here is the story: he went into my shop in the town i locked my doors and said you cant leave unless you buy something waited 5-10 seconds and unlocked the doors and went out leaving them open so he knew he could get out.... he got out pulled out splash potions hit me with with a harming one and took most of my health away i then jumped on a bar and was about to jump to the floor below but i was hit with another and died losing a stack of bread 9.9 lvs of xp and my diamond Armour (more stuff but i cant remember) ...i say to him i wont report if he gives me it all back he says no so im reporting

    the coordinates it happened at are:
    x -3905 (+east <-> west)
    y 75 (up <-> -north)
    z -1609 (south <-> north)
    yaw: 147.82672 (rotation)

    i only got out because he open the door getting away from me bacause i hit him with a fire ball, NO potions and he died because he jumped off the edge of a ledge all by his self. And fergus said i tryed to kill hi when it's the other way around he tryed to kill me!

    I took his stuff off the ground (cause why wouldn't i?) it had 5 levels of xp , diamond armor (85% ish), 28 bread, diamond sword, some wheat and some random junk


    If you found stuff somewhere or killed some 1 in pvp you don't have to give it back.

    And i thought slash potions of damage and stuff were removed

    and i did i let you out after5-10 seconds as stated in the report and you did use splash potions i don't have a screenshot and id that was the case with Fergus you are really finding trouble for yourself aren't you and splash potions cant be disabled because you killed me with one

    also what would be the point on submitting a report when i was in the wrong i wouldn't have complained if i was in the wrong also you followed me there when i was taking my friend there because they wanted my help

    well its the mods decisions so if you decide against me mods ceep a eye on him please

    I guess the moral of the story is (And this carries into real life too I suppose) that if you lock people in your house, they tend to get upset with you. Now, slimy WAS wrong by killing you, but you had locked him in his house to begin with, and to be fair, that's not the most neighborly thing you could of done (joking or not).

    I'll be keeping an eye on things though to make sure everything is solved.
