I didn't understand the situation then. If he was months late before your ban, then you are in fact entitled to a large late fee. My apologies.

I should be able to pay you back in 30 weeks but I put my personal life before this server so I will do my best to pay you back and keep you updated on how it's going and how much I'm able to play


30 weeks should be enough

 

In the last screenshot you stated if the pick is not returned/lost/etc then there will be a 750k fee. These outlandish late fees are quite ridiculous and I will not sit here and watch someone get raked over the coals because you waiting months to file a complaint in the first place and then were banned for months on end after. The only thing that will be enforced here is the 750k to compensate for the pick or having the pick returned to you. Now. How long can you both agree for this pay back to be made?

I would like to propose 12 weeks that's 3 months and 62.5k a week and I know the I can meet that mark. If I am able I will pay if off early
