    Reason: He took advantage of the fact that I'm new, said the way to trade was done through payment then drop items. He "paid" me 10,000 ECO and I gave him the 115 Diamonds. I figured out how to check my balance and it still said 2545.52 ECO. I don't care if I can't get my Diamonds back, I just want this jerk taken care of. Since this issue I've been watching him scam others all night.
