    Complaint: constant cursing in local chat after i told him not to, then i told him I took screens and he continued to do it.

    Additional Information: Wouldn't leave our town even though i told him to since he was just there to harass us since we were investigating/interrogating a town member, who i assume was his friend, for griefing.
