His behavior is unacceptable. Yes it was in the mining world, and yes pvp is permitted, but to attack someone from behind who is unarmed and in no armor is a dick move. And then, after killing someone who stood 0 chance whatsoever and posed no threat, refused to even sell the items back, "because he can". I'm am not sorry for what I said, nor will I ever be. If that means I am removed from the server then so be it, but maybe you guys should take a look at who did something harmful to another player.

 

you entered the mining world knowing about the risk of getting killed.
It doesn't matter how or why he killed you, he killed you in a pvp enabled area and there is nothing you can do about it.
