Complaint: he bought a town that i was living in and then got mods to open the chest and he took all of my items and i never
got a chance to get my items. im clearly a active player all i want is my items back...

iGoElmo sent you mail, You asked him "Why did you send me mail about removing my chests?"
Town mayors are to notify the residents of that town if they are removing their house, chests, etc. and iGoElmo did. Nothing can be done, Sorry.
