    Evidence: I Set Up A Sign That Shows His Name Time He Started And The Time He Should Give It Back, Other Than That, Nothing

    Addictional Information: He Also Gave Me 18 Diamonds To Hold Wile He Has My Pick, I Still Have Them, I Will Return When I Get My Pickaxe

    No intention of minimodding but, my guess is that this will be treated like a loan. You have to trust who you loan things to. I don't think that there is anyway to get your item back, without him giving it to you.
