Complaint: Do not appreciate Buggy telling players that typing "Guy if it's your first time /lot buy 0 lets you get a free ticket"

Additional Information: It's misleading, and trolly, which I understand to be against the rules of EcoCity. If I'm wrong then sorry for wasting your time but I find comments like this hurtful to new players when $1,000 is a lot harder to come by. Being that I lost $1,000 to this because I'm new I know I certainly didn't appreciate it.
