Complaint: Scammed for 62,500 when buying their town

Evidence: In the first photo there's my payment to Senorbeaver, the player i negotiated with:


Next timbobzimbob adds me as a co-mayor and removes the two other ones, as soon as I'm added I remove all members as it was supposed to be a abandoned town:


He then asks me to wait a sec, i check /rg info and see that i have been removed, and that both players have logged off:


EDIT: Request the complaint to be frozen as the players now claims they were not aware of the payment and that both of them apparently had to go at the same time...
