Complaint: Using swearing directly at me and claiming he doesn't care what i say when i ask him to remove some locks.

Evidence:
When i ask him politely he tells me to go away

Telling me to shove the plot price up my ass and calling me ass prick

I ask him once again to remove his locks but in auction he reply's saying he does not care what he said

Additional Information: I warned him twice before about mining under the town and when i came online he was. I was annoyed due to his constant breaking the rules so i removed him like any mayor would. After asking him to remove his locks he replied with horrible language and would refuse to listen to me.
