    Complaint: the user is telling the people in the town to pay him if hes online and also telling them that if they buy plots in his town that there perms "will dissapear". we have an agreement that when i sold a plot we would split the money but he kept telling them that they had to pay him

    As Joshua is the actual mayor of the town, there is nothing we can really do about this unless you have evidence of what the agreement is and/or evidence that a rule is being broken.
