Complaint: He has cussed be out and has insulted me.

Additional Information: He was a previous greifer of our city. When he was unbanned he demanded the things that were in his chests and house. I told him no because he was banned and it was a completely legal thing for me to do. He started freaking out. I don't think that eco city should support users that are like this as a large portion of minecraft players are younger than 13 and don't need to here this kind of language.

 

Here is the section on vulgarity. it says that general cussing is legal as long as it isn't directed toward people. It also says that if it is directed toward someone "at all" it is prohibited.

All chat must be kept PG and clean - lots of our users are very young. There is to be nothing deemed sexual - prostitution, rape, molestation, abortion, or anything of the like. We absolutely do not tolerate such inappropriate chat, and you can be severely punished if it happens. This includes anything put on signs in gameplay; and goes for all of these rules. In addition, regarding swearing, the following are allowed:

• General swearing that is not directed at anyone
• Slip-ups in unfortunate occasions
• Abbreviations that involve swear words - e.g. wtf
• Self-censorship of a swear word

However, the following are absolutely prohibited:

• Repeated and excessive swearing
• Swearing that is directed at anyone at all

 

It was in a PRIVATE message toward ME insulting MY math skills... I don't see how you can say that.
