    Complaint:Gear was stolen, in a protected town.

    Evidence:





    Additional Information: I have tombstone, and some how he was able to kill and steal my loot
    . Im my own protected town. With a service I PAYED for!!! Tombstone failed! I demand my entire inv returened

    Alrdy did, tombstone protects in protected areas... including towns. Pay me the cost of items or return items. This is fair.

    I will be dealing with both complaints but first;

    Dieing in a pvp zone will happen and Tombstone is not meant to work in any PvP zone. Sometimes it does work in a private arena, sometimes it doesn't (it never works in the mining/nether/spawn areana). However that is the overall risk of dieing in PvP, losing your stuff.

    Dieing and losing your stuff is frustrating but that is the risk of entering the arena. There is no other way he could have killed you unless you were inside the arena and when you enterd you assumed all the risk of losing your items (regarless of tombstone working or not). Please consider not taking valuables into an arena in the future to minimize your losses if you happen to get killed.
