Complaint: I gave him a loan 3 weeks ago of $30,000 eco dollors and he said he would pay back $45,000 eco dollors withen 1 week. He did not pay back with the excuse of bad grades. ShawnMcCall then gave him 2 more weeks to pay back the loan and he still did not.
