Additional Information: He has done a few incomplete auctions, and after a while I got annoyed and decided to post this complaint.

Thank you for submitting this complaint, not following through with auctions is illegal and shouldn't ever be done. Because you submitting this complaint, I will warn the felon to ALWAYS follow though no matter what price you gets for the item.
If you see this user failing to comply with the auction rules again, feel free to submit another complaint so we can further warn him.
