    Additional Information: He said he was going to sell me 8 nether stars for 350 per piece, I paid, and he didn't throw them back, logging out with my money and his stars.

    Do you have proof that he was going to sell them to you? As of now, I only see proof of you paying him and that he is agreeing to do something that needed a tp.
