    Complaint: I had hired the builder to place dirt over an ocean for my town, so I supplied him with dirt and had someone watch him while he placed it. I payed him while he was placing. Then the person I had watching him went afk and he signed off.

    Additional Information: I have many witnesses. If that counts for anything. Matberry is one Smitedyou1 is another. Mudkiqo_o was watching him. Payment was 1000$ for 1 small chest of dirt placed.

    Do you have a screenshot of the agreement? We need a screenshot of him agreeing to place a small chest of dirt for $1000.

    I do not. I understand that you need shots of the actual agreement to take action but in first shot he confirms that I will pay him and if he does not finish there will be a complaint filed.
